Marc was highly professional and competent. Removing the old toilet was extremely hard work, it was in a very tight space, but he never complained and was determined and calm in his approach. He made sure to fit the new toilet perfectly and wasn't satisfied until it was exactly how it should be, and it was a very difficult job. The second time we asked for his help was to unclog a blocked drain and again, he worked fast and diligently, explaining everything to us.
