The Allmat Plumbing Isuzu service truck with its rear roller door open, a Jetwave drain jetter on the tray and the body signed 24/7 Emergency Service.

The gear on the truck

Owning the equipment matters, because it decides whether a diagnosis is a guess.

CCTV drain camera

A RIDGID SeeSnake camera and sonde locator. It means a blocked drain gets diagnosed and the defect located and measured from the surface, rather than cleared and guessed at. You see the footage too.

High-pressure jetter

A Jetwave jetter on the truck, with root-cutting and descaling heads. It cuts roots back to the pipe wall and scours the line, which a cable machine cannot do.

A fully fitted service truck

The Isuzu carries the common parts, so a straightforward job usually gets finished on the first visit instead of turning into a second callout for a fitting.

What Marc's customers say

He arrives on time (after a courtesy message to let us know the time he would be arriving earlier in the morning) is friendly and professional and quickly fixes the problem. Pricing is always fair and the work is done to a high standard.

About Allmat

Who actually turns up to the job?

Marc does. Allmat Plumbing is a local, family-run business and he attends the work himself, which is why the reviews name him personally rather than a company. It also means the person who quotes the job is the person who does it, so nothing gets lost between the 2.

What does Allmat do, and what does it not do?

General plumbing and maintenance, blocked drains and drainage, hot water, gas fitting and appliances, burst pipes, leak detection, CCTV drain inspection, hydrojetting, no-dig patch pipe relining and rainwater tanks, across domestic and commercial work. Marc takes the time to listen and works out the practical solution that suits your place.

How do you price work?

You get a price before the work starts, agreed with you, not discovered on the invoice. Where a job genuinely cannot be priced until something is opened up or a camera has been down the drain, we will tell you that up front rather than guess. Every job is quoted on what it actually involves, so call and describe it and we will come back with a figure.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Marc holds SA Consumer and Business Services licence 196014 as a plumber and gas fitter, first granted in 2006, and all notifiable plumbing and gas work is signed off with the required certificate of compliance. You can check that number yourself on the public register at cbs.sa.gov.au, and you are welcome to do the same with any tradesperson before they start work.
