How quickly can you get here?
For anything actively leaking or flooding, call rather than fill in a form and we will tell you honestly when we can be there. For everything else, you get a text with an arrival window before we set off, so you are not stuck waiting on a 4 hour block.
Are you licensed?
Yes, and here is the number so you can check rather than take our word for it: Marc holds SA Consumer and Business Services licence 196014 as a plumber and gas fitter, first granted in 2006. Look it up on the public register at cbs.sa.gov.au. All notifiable plumbing and gas work is signed off with the required certificate of compliance.
What should I do before you arrive at an emergency?
Turn the water off at the mains, which is normally at the front boundary near the water meter, turned clockwise. If it is a hot water unit leaking, turn off its isolating valve and the power or gas to it. If you can smell gas, do not touch any switch: get everyone outside and call the gas emergency line first.
